replacing mobo... need answers

I have a system with a 2GHz celeron inside. the mobo is complete junk and has no agp slot. I've decided to get a new mobo, but will the 2ghz celeron work with it? i've had my eye on the asus p4p800 deluxe mobo. i dont have money for a new processor

What brand of computer do you have? If the old motherboard is micro atx, the asus board may not fit the case.
