Where can I buy a new circuit board for my Fantom Drive 500GB external hard drive? The power connector burnt out. I have over 500 movies on the hard drive and sure would hate to lose all of them if I dont have to. Please help!

Solution
The connector is just a standard SATA so if you have a spare SATA port on you mainboard you could connect it to that or buy a external case to hold the drive.
If you get a new case just make sure that the internal connector is SATA and you should be good to go. It might be cheaper than getting a new board for your current case.

So if I buy a new external enclosure for it, will it have a new circuit board?

Yes a external enclosure will have everything you need. You will just pop the hard drive into the enclosure and you should be good to go.

I do not know if your drive is a 2.5 or 3.5.
Here is a 2.5

Here is a 3.5

And here is one that I own and works very well it is called a toaster because you can pop a 2.5 or 3.5 into it so you do not need to open the enclosure.

Hope that helps. These are all low cost cases there are of course more expensive cases.
