There's also 20gbps which is what AMD used on the high end 7000 series cards. I don't think 24gbps ever hit mass production as there wasn't a market for it. GDDR7 and the AI craze really did a number on additional memory production.
For some reason I never noticed the 20Gbps on the 7900XT and XTX. If that is readily available I would guess Intel would use that. Not going to spend extra on a product they may have to sell at a near loss to be competitive.
 
Someone must finally acknowledge the elephant in the room: Intel's Arrow Lake (and possibly the next arch) might have the same bug like 13 and 14 gen!!!!! 🙄
