So Motherdourd back I/O plates are 2ish inches & so are dual slot GPUs right? I am wanting to get a OG Xbox case & fit a sandwich style PC in it.

Keep in mind that the original Xbox's power consumption was something like 100W. Unless you intend on poking a ton of holes in the case for ventilation or you're using low power parts, you're going to be thermal throttling the poor parts in there.
