[citation][nom]ezz777[/nom]What irks many people here is not the specifics of the data, but the way it's presented. Data presented in such a way that causes partiality or favoritism is considered biased - hence the roar.[/citation]
Would you expand a little bit on that claim?
I consider the fankiddie roar to be unsubstantiated, as it is "justified" up till now.
[citation][nom]beayn[/nom]Everyone knows they are all Personal computers (PCs) but the general term for a windows PC is just "PC"... that term is even used in the Apple advertisements themselves.[/citation]
Not everyone seems to know it, as IBM, and later the wintel alliance, grabbed it for exclusive use, as you are yourself underlining it... so apple had to use the Mac name, instead.

Most laptops fail because of abuse by owners ... walking around while a hdd defrags, blocking cooling ports ... abusing dvd drive ... or a software problem, and Apple is more idiotproof, which isn't the same thing as reliable although if you're an idiot there's no difference. Asus users can probably repair alot of stuff themselves ... replace keyboard, eg ... and I believe Asus has a longer warranty.

SUMMED=Selection bias, as was said many times already. Worthless information.
