So I fricked up my graphic card one of the screws broke off on it now idle pc is 80celsius so I probs need to save up for a new GPU :( life is sad
You might be able to remove the broken screw with some tools. As a temporary fix, if you can get the broken screw out, replace it with one of the other screws that do not hold the heat-sink down near the GPU chip. Basically one of the screws at the rear of the card.

If you can't remove the broken screw, you could sell the card and put that toward a new card. If you can't buy a new card, try looking through used markets for your region. I don't know where you live or what your currency is, so I can't really suggest a replacement other than performance upgrades. A GT 1030 is a little...
The CPU is running above expectations? :D whaat

Everything is better now
for now we need just to fix graphic card and i think its drivers probably

cant find drivers if u guys can help me i need a Amd Radeon HD 6950 PowerColor 1GB
ty again for helping me !
In the Bios, go to the Advanced Bios Features option and go all the way to the bottom and find Init Display First. Change Init Display First to PEG if it's not already set, so that the first display device your HD6950 in the PCIE 16x slot. This setting likely isn't causing the graphics card to run slower than normal, but strange things do happen.

I'm not really sure what would be causing the graphics card to run slower than normal after resetting the bios. You already have the newest and last driver released for your graphics card, but you could try reinstalling it. Download Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta driver release for your graphics card here https://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/n...deon-software-crimson-relive-16.2.1-sep20.exe

If that doesn't change anything you might need to download DDU to remove the graphics driver and then reinstall the driver again to see if helps. Follow this guide to make sure you do it properly. https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/ddu-guide-tutorial.

Didnt touch anything in BIOS or that just reinstalled drivers and now all of my performance is down?

Deinstalled all drivers via DDU still same ;/

i probably need other kind of drivers for graphic card or drivers for motherboard please
In the bios in the M.I.T menu as before, make sure the CPU is still set to 3600Mhz, but disable Core Performance boost. In PC Health Status, enable Hardware Thermal Control and also in your next post, list the Vcore voltage, CPU temperature and CPU fan speed from that page.

Edit - Run Userbenchmark again after disabling Core Performance Boost and list that with your next reply.

When you reset your motherboard bios, what was the actual reason for doing so? Was the computer already slow? Did you open it and do anything inside? I keep seeing the CPU not boosting past 3Ghz which makes me think it's running too hot which could mean either the CPU cooler was bumped with or your system is full of dust and choking the fans.

I had the wrong link before for the graphics driver. Here is the graphics card driver and a link to the motherboard drivers. Download the Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta driver Windows 10 64bit release. https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-6000-series/amd-radeon-hd-6950. The only issue though is I'm pretty sure Windows 10 will just reinstall the same graphics driver.

Your system should already have the newest motherboard drivers installed from Windows downloading them during installation of Windows 10. You can get the latest release from here https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-9-series-chipsets/970. You only need to download the Windows 10 64bit AMD chipset drivers from that download page.

Your BIOS version is very old though and may need to be updated. There are different bios updates for different revisions, so you we need to find the correct revision first. You will need to open the computer and check the bottom left of the motherboard to find the revision number of the board. It should be something like Rev 1.0 to 1.4 or 3.0. If the bios is updated, you will need to reapply at least the memory settings.

So didnt clean my pc for like 7 months i CLEANED ALL replaced termal paste on cpu and opened my graphic card changed thermal paste and since then my gpu is loud af and then i had some problems with blue screen when i boot so i set my bios settings to default since then everything is just bump...

and i used speedfan to slow down my coolers a bit cause they sounded like a airrplane
and the motherboard IS REV 1.0

Pc health status current cpu temp:58 idle i think
Hard ware thermal control is on
Current cpu fan speed 3260 rpm
Current system temperature:27 disabled core perf boost and its at 3600mhz
I should change thermal paste on cpu?

What is the thermal paste you used? If every fan is very loud now, it sounds to me like you either used too little or too much paste on both the CPU and GPU or applied the paste incorrectly. Download HWInfo64 https://www.fosshub.com/HWiNFO.html?dwl=hwi_614.exe and check the sensors only option and then find the CPU and the GPU (at the bottom) temperatures.

E1 IC ESSENTIAL COOLER Master that's the thermal paste i migh have added too much for cpu but when I put a bit less it's too hot and in the cpu fan there is quite bit of dust but can't reach to it

Have you tried running userbenchmark yet after disabling Core Performance Boost? If not, do it now and post the results. After looking over the results try playing a game even if the userbenchmark is the same as before and see what you get for FPS.
usually 20-50 fps but mainly about 30 fps on all low CSGO settings ;/
i had on max settings 100+ :(

I'm not really sure what is causing the problems at this point. The only thing I can think is the CPU and the GPU are both overheating because you may have reapplied the paste incorrectly. Windows 10 is already installing the newest drivers, which you were likely using before you did anything and messing about cleaning parts and reapplying paste. The only things you can really do now is try reapplying the paste again, update the bios to the newest version and double check that all 8 pins for CPU power are fully plugged in at the top left of the board. Updating the bios probably won't change anything and will also require that you reapply memory settings and possibly some other settings.

reapplied paste it doesnt overheat anymore and i cant find bios update maybe the whole hard disk is broken or sum

like i said i reapplied the paste but its the same man :(
What you said in your previous post made it sound like it was improved. Something has changed since you set everything to their correct values. The CPU stopped working correctly when I had you change the Init Display First setting. So maybe we should start over with another bios reset to defaults, but don't change any settings for Init Display First.

MB Intelligent Tweaker
CPU Clock Ratio 3600Mhz
CPU NorthBridge Freq. 2200Mhz
Core Performance Boost [Enabled]
CPB Ratio 4200Mhz
CPU Host Clock Control [Auto]
CPU Frequency(MHz) 200
PCIE Clock(MHz) [Auto]
HT Link Width [Auto]
HT Link Frequency 2400Mhz
2600Mhz is the CPUs normal setting, but you had issues with it working higher than 2400Mhz.
DRAM E.O.C.P [Disabled]
Set Memory Clock 1600Mhz
Memory Clock x8 1600Mhz

If the CPU runs at expected levels in userbenchmark again after setting everything to their correct values, try playing CSGO again and see if the fps is improved. It might be that the graphics card is just not going to improve in the userbenchmark.

everything runs lower than it used to ?
idk what i really changed i put the settings as u said
You said the fans were very loud and you used Speedfan to lower the fan speed. The reason it was so loud is because it was running full speed trying to keep the CPU and the GPU cool because they may be overheating. Turn off or uninstall any programs you have running that change the Fan speeds of the CPU or GPU and then run the userbenchmark and CSGO. Reply with the results for both.

Still the same man everything is the same I deinstalled the program and everything but everything is same I tried this like few hours ago I thought it was a reason and again replied thermal paste to GPU same now I'll reinstall whole win10 so I hope something changes
