Question Resetting CMOS doesn't work?

Hello, yesterday i was messing with my BIOS and i put the ram to a high speed ( more than supported ) 2666mhz > 3000mhz i saved and exited the BIOS, the pc rebooted into an american megatrends screen saying to press F1 to fix. Now, f1 does nothing, when i press f2 or del it does not let me go into the bios ( ive tried f3 and f12 too) So i reset the cmos, left it out for 5 mins and then put it back in. Still same error. I tried a different stick of ram and still same american megatrends screen that doesnt respond. Can someone help me?

Ok, it's a prebuilt ROG computer with

• 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5-10400F processor (12 MB cache)
• 8 GB DDR4 RAM system memory
• 1 TB HDD + 256 GB SSD storage
• Windows 10 Home operating system pre-installed
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 graphics
  the website doesnt say the motherboard so idk. The name of the prebuilt is
• Asus G15CK-RH561-CA Standard Desktop, 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5-10400F, 1 TB HDD + 256 GB SSD, 8 GB DDR4, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660

I have a prebuilt Asus PC here are the specs i could find:

Asus G15CK-RH561-CA Standard Desktop

8 GB DDR4 RAM
1 TB HDD + 256 GB SSD storage
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 graphics
Intel Core i5-10400F 2.9 GHz
Windows 10 Home pre-installed

the website doesnt say the motherboard model so idk.

Disconnect the system from the wall and display and then remove the CMOS battery for 30 minutes. While the battery is out, press and hold the power button on the chassis for 30 seconds. Replace the CMOS battery, work with only one stick of ram and disconnect the HDD from the system(disconnecting the power should do). See if that helps. As for your platform, what sticks of ram did you try and work with? A link or a picture of the information on the side of the ram stick should help us two fold.

Since you get to see the POST screen, can you see what BIOS version you're on for the motherboard?
