Residue on screen

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me with this, because its getting pretty annoying.
Problem:
Leftover component from contextual menu on the screen and it stay there. Even if I switch application, it will not be erased. It happens almost every time I right click to select something from the menu.

The only way for me to get rid of this temporary is to start a game and switch back to Windows, then the leftover component will be removed.
