Resizing C: partition in dual boot system.

I want to remove partition D and allocate all of its space to C.

The problem is that i have a dual boot system with ubuntu, is there a way to safely do it without ruining either of my os installs?
I use them both equally

no, partition d is completely empty(no files/folder and no OSs)

Then just download Minitool partition wizard or other disk partition program and elange the partition.
It will reasigned the D space as C empy space.
