Resolution problem

I have 22 inch monitor, CCC 12.8 shows maximum reported resolution is 1920*1080 and maximum reported refresh rate 123Hz but it is set to 1280*768 @ 60Hz so everything is looking weird. Please someone suggest me how to set my full resolution with full refresh rate.

I am using HD 6870 and HDMI cable for connection.

There is no 1920*1080 option.
