My pc disk storage was full so I decided to delete all the files in it"disk c". The pc said that some problems may occur if I continue. However, I still keep going. Now, I know I have done wrong. After that, my PC won't start and some text appears on the screen"repair windows or like trouble shooting, or keepkeep and remove everything" like that. Unfortunately, I pressedthe "remove everything button. After that my pc wont continue to start, however it turns on, but only the logo of the pc will appear. After that, it turns off, then on again like that. Right now, I really, really dont know what should I do. I know my mistakes, but I need some help. thank you ver much. I really need help.

Sounds like a damaged Master Boot Record (MBR). It's what loads you into the OS, and it being damaged will prevent you from booting into the OS.

Your first step should be to repair the MBR. A lot of damage done to the MBR is easily fixable with simple commands, please follow this guide: https://www.pcworld.com/article/3113585/windows/how-to-...

If that doesn't work you'll need to do a clean install of the OS, which is seperate from resetting the PC, clean install will do a complete swap of the MBR with a new one, which assuredly will fix the issue if the MBR Reset/Repair doesn't work. Here's a guide: https://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-w...

Either way, once you're up and running, you should take a backup of your PC...

Either way, once you're up and running, you should take a backup of your PC. If you aren't using anything or are using free MS tools, recommend picking up Macrium Reflect and/or Rollback Rx. Both are freeware.
