Restart loop 1050 TI

So I got my drivers updated and such and not it seems that my PC is stuck in A restart loop. It was able to make it to the home screen and to my desktop and now it can't even make it that far. Not sure what I can do to fix this but it only just started after the reset to complete the installation happened. Any ideas?
