Restarted my computer and now it only appears to be a faint green screen

I put my new graphics card into my pc a week or so ago (Radeon rx 580) we got it working with the drivers on the disk then upgraded them , flash forward a week later without turning the pc off, like I normally do , it started acting up. So I restarted it and now when I turn it on the first and only thing that loads is a faint green screen

It seems to only work when I restart it with my disk with the original drivers in (ps I’m not a tech person so I don’t know all the lingo)

Never mind it green screened again

sounds like a faulty card
