Question restarting automatically when enable onboard graphics(GIGABYTE UEFI DualBIOS blue screen)

When I activate the onboard graphics, first the GIGABYTE UEFI DualBIOS blue screen appears and then restarting automatically ، I am sure there is a problem with the motherboard, the CPU, RAM and various power supplies have been tested. There is no problem with graphics Pci
motherboard : GA-H61M-S2P
CPU : 3770
Power : ENERMAX INFINITI EIN720AWT 720W
Ram : corsair XMS3 8GB 1600

Updated BIOS, when the graphics pci are on the slot, the onboard graphics reset after a few times, it works

So everything's fine now? if you want to, allocate the ram usage to 2GB for igpu

Onboard graphics only work when the graphics GTS 450 are on the slot PCI

I replaced the CPU 3770 with CPU 3470s, the problem is solved, the motherboard GA-H61M-S2P has a problem with Intel graphics Hd 4000 !!!
