Restarting issues when away from computer.

hey all so my computer restarts its self randomly but only ever when i am away from it ive never had it restart whilst im on it. Its frustrating due to the fact that i leave it on too download stuff over night and in the morning i find that its restarted and the downloads havent been going.

Im stumped so far ive only noticed this whilst utorrent is active if i leave steam open to download a game it stays on all night but if its utorrent then it restarts its self. any help from any one would be amazing i can list specs of pc if needed but it feels more like a soft ware issue with windows or utorrent thanks all

ok so i have just witnessed my pc restart twice within 5 minutes i was sitting on couch watching tv and its downloading on utorrent and it restarted so i logged back in turned everything back on and it restarted again this is going to annoy me if it keeps doing this alot any one got any suggestions for me>>>>
