i had to restore my pc to factory cause my cousin looked up porn and gave me a worm now i cant start windows normaly only in safemode please help

before you go through the process to reinstall everything try a program called Malwarebytes.

start you PC in Save Mode with Network download Malwarebytes, install it, update and run it. Do a full scan.

I totally agree with Emerald, Malwarebytes is a great problem for getting rid of spyware/malware and it's FREE to install and run.

You can download it from Malwarebytes here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php.

Install it, do the scan and see if that helps.

if the above doesn't work and I think it's too late for them to work then you'll have top do a destructive repair or restore (whatever the option is) , that re-formats the HDD.

There is more to removing all infections, than just running a scan. Most infections go straight after the malware scanners.
