retrieve the lost information which the new data copy on them...

i have a portable media player which is contained a lot of important photos that deleted accidentally. i copy new data on it without any attention this matter . now i want to retrieving previous photos , but this work cant be apply with common recovery software. is it possible i retrieve these data or not ? could u guide me for it ?

Did you or didn't you try any recovery tools?

But if you have written over that data, it's probably gone.

Possibly try Recuva.
But, if you've overwritten those files (or parts of those files), they are likely gone.

Recuva will find some pictures but can not show ... Is there a tool to show them?

You need to allow the software to recover those files to another drive. Then, maybe, you can view them. Maybe.
