Review this new build please

Treating myself to a new PC soon, I've built PC's before and I'm finally making the switch to Intel and Nvidea.

This is for gaming, I want to have a rig which is capable of a smooth 60+ fps on all games, I am mainly bothered about CPU heavy stuff such as Arma 3, X-Rebirth and Simulation type games. I reckon I will OC the CPU by 800mhz to be on the safe side as I am aware the obsidian case isn't the most thermally efficient case in the world.

Looking for thoughts and suggestions.

nope, I have always run on 80gb hdd, I like to limit myself to 1-2 games plus OS.

Is that going to hamper performance? 250gb is more than enough space for me

depends on the cache....my 2tb is a 64mb cache

Never used an SSD before and don't have much experience with how the HDD affects performance, can you elaborate and offer advice?
