Rgb connection

when connecting to my tv via rgb connection, the tv no longer picks up the signal. any suggestions?

could this be a driver issue? (forgive me, i don't know about these things) A friend just did a "cleanup" of my system. He forgot to reinstall my audio drivers, which I was able to get online. I just tried to connect to my tv to watch a streaming movie and the tv won't pick up the signal. this wasn't a problem before the cleanup.
