I was looking to buy some cheap RGB fans and found raidmaxex NV-R120B. But they required 4 pin rgb thing for motherboard which i obviously don't have. So i found this

I my question is will i be able to connect those fans to this hub and fully controll
And second
It requires SATA connector? I mean it comes with sata, but that sata needs to go somwhere in my motherboard so it can have power. And im really confused and struggling to find out where i tought in my HDD.. but it already has sata in it.. so if you guys understanded me i know i explained this bad, but if you understand me i just need to know will it work for the fans and rgb and where do i connect it !at ( and maybe there is adapter?)
