Read the installation instructions. There are lots of details and things to be careful about.
The fans are connected in series and apparently come with the necessary cable to do so.
Although the fans may work with a direct motherboard connection, you likely need the fan controller which is powered via a molex connector per Step 1.
Very much the same considerations for the strips you intend to install.

That is not necessarily the way your connections will need to be made. However, the diagram can serve as a template/guide for you to create your own diagram.
Sketch out your own diagram showing the connections with allcomponents (power, controller, fans, strips). Pay attention to the required voltages, cables, pinouts, and connectivity.
The diagram does not need to be a work of art - just clearly showing the components and connections. Note voltages.
