Question Rgb flash on power back after electricity cutoff but pc runs fine

New build question :When power back after electricity cutoff my Motherboard rgb and fans light up for a second and then back off again

I want to ask if that is problem i should be concern about or anormal thing ?
I7 14700k

Z790 aorus elite ddr5

32 ram Corsair

Gigabyte ud 750 gold fully module

Zotec 1060 6gb

And iam using easy ups apc 1000va
