Question RGB not working on Ducky One 2 Mini ?

The rgb on the middle row of keys on my ducky one 2 mini (DKON2061ST) doesn’t work. I tried resetting my keyboard, updating firmware, using profile menu and replugging. I have had this keyboard for 2 months.

If the keyboard was like that out of the box and the cable connection to the board is working, then I think that the keyboard came faulty. You might want to bring this up with the seller. If your keyboard is under warranty period, you should be able to avail RMA.

I also noticed that the ESC key isn't lit up either. You sure you're not in any macro record setting?
