Rig Review And Help!

Hi, My first post to a forum i have been reading for about a year.. and i want you guys to review my FIRST rig and help it build better and cheaper..

1.) there is a problem here though, which is that, i belong to INDIA and even though we are much closer to china geographically and relatively poor as compared to europe and usa still component are prices 5-7% higher than in american market.. so keep that in mind to keep us in budget..

HERES THE RIg... Budget 400$-500$ (without Moniter)

1. Processor - AMD 3.8 GHz FX 4130 Processor ($110) - this is the biggest worry, Can This handle Adobe After effects and AUTOCAD.. Is there really any ohter alternative in the price range...

2. MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard($100) - I think, there must be other cheaper options available which i have failed to find.. suggestions are welcome.. but please keep in ming motherboard must support FM3+ (upgrade proof) and ram cloaked at atleast 1600mhz.. 1333mhz is not preffered... and it must allow overcloaking...

4.) HIS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6670 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card ($105) - Best choice to suffice my gaming needss which is GTA4 , Fifa 2012 and batman akram city..
its fairly priced too...

5.) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) ($85) - Cheapest 8gb i could find that supports 1600 and can overclocked to 2100.. shloud suffice my need.. i plan to add another one in 6 months time...

7.) Corsair VS450 450 Watt PSU ($90): I have no idea how much power would be required by my rig.. please guide me on this..

HELP : I have overshot my budget and am little worried aboud components being compatible with one anothers.. so please guide me on a better rig..Also i would use the ris on my FULL HD LED TV... comments on that too...

Your CPU+Mobo+ RAM = 17,438

How about a A10-5800K + 1866 RAM and no discrete GPU?

In the future, you could add the 6670 and get a performance boost by enabling Dual Graphics.

Actually that was the initial plan but i am unsure of apus performance for autocad and after effects.. also would inbuilt gpu allow me skyrim and batman akrahm city on mid setting least ???

MAN I JUST LOVE THE MOBO RAM COMBO SUGGESTION.. thats great performance price ratio...
