Right analog stick problem

Hello,
I have a problem with my analog stick connected to my computer: Inverted Z & Rz axes. Up goes left and down goes right.
I've tried to change gamepad, the adapter, calibrate it every time, but nothing works. Can you help me?

I have windows 7 (64 bit) in case it helps.

Windows 7 64bit doesnt help.It only means supposedly windows detected and installed the driver as you can notice that directions has changed. And you can see an effect produced on your screen....

So by that i can tell your computer seems to be working fine...

But try turning the controller 90 anti-clocks and then youll have an inverted up down instead of left and right...
 


I can't do that with all the games.



Impossible: i tried to change the controller and also, when i play games on playstation works normally.

Looking around the internet it seems that i'm not the only one with this problem, but i can't find someone who solved it.
 
Well then it is not a Original control, considering you are using it on the computer and Playstation.....

I have seen MANY fake/cheap controls and sometimes they just break or malfunction all of a sudden.

And what does the other remotes on the internet you found say that has similar problems.We need more info as its broken ...can you fix it....

I dont even know what make or model it is,?
How old is it - do you have sentimental value towards it?
Is it wireless or wired ?
If wired -- is the cable not damaged ?
Wireless -- batteries not low/empty ?

Remember we can't see what you see over there....HELP US THIS SIDE !!!

**If you cant do anything as above then I dont have any other advice as to just chuck it in the bin,
And buy another cheap one. ^^

Here all the infomation that i can think:

I've already tried to open it and see if there was something wrong, but nothing. Tried to clean it from eventual internal dust that may have ruined the connection, double check all the wires and the analog itself. Everythings normal.

And what does the other remotes on the internet you found say that has similar problems.We need more info as its broken ...can you fix it....

i used 3 types: an original psone controller, an original ps2 controller and one of those third party controller.
the psone controller is old but it works perfectly when i plugged in the playstation, same thingwith the other two.
all of them are wired and the cable is in perfect condition.

I thought that maybe the problem was the adapter (this: http://www.r-digital.it/images/Cavi_multiprese_adattatori/adattatore_ps2-ps3.jpg ) so i bought another one (this: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31XVp2yjKIL._SL500_AA300_.jpg ). But, again, nothing.
When i'm calibrating the Z axle only works with up and down, the RZ works with left and right. Tried with all the controllers and both adapters.

Tell me what i have to write if i forgot something. Also sorry for my english, and thanks for trying to help me
 
am sure it's not a misplaced analog problem cuz when i bought the PS2/PC controller it worked perfect on PS2 but in PC the RZ was Z and Z was RZ then i bought a new controller for PC only and it worked perfect and i bought another Twin USB controller(2 controllers>one USB cable) and the right analog stick was inverted for both of them, i also tried calibration but it didn't work, and as u said not all games have the settings of inverting axes, for now u can use XPadder(a software for mapping gamepad buttons to keyboard and mouse keys) it costs but if u searched on youtube.com you will find the free version but it's not really good cuz some games use different controlling sets for each stage of the game(like GTA IV RT on foot aims but on car accelerate so this is a problem cuz u need to aim while driving in some missions) so if your game isn't like that then use xpadder.

if its happening in a game that has A,B,X,Y xbox controller layout then its likely you have run into the games for windows live controller limiter/protectionism bug. a bug deliberately written into microsoft 360 controller preferred games like mirrors edge. you will need to swap out the dlls to get your controller to work properly.

x360_emulator_302.zip is probably the 1 you need.

you can use it 2 ways , replace the windows drivers with the given dlls or just put the whole lot in the folder of the game you want to play...
read the info file if there is 1 it should give full instructions.
 
it will work for a while till you come across a game like mirrors edge. the reason i know this is i have the logitech dual action and the forward/backwards was reversed on that game till i used the above 360 controller hack. basically all your fix does is fool the game into thinking its a logitech dual action but doing so will cause the problem i had with other games...
the dll fix works and it should work for every game not just some.
so even if you dont use it now. take a copy and store it for later use. you will need it eventually.
 
the fix isn't where you rename it to logitech its on the first quote box where u open registery editor and on gamepad key create a key called Axes....... read this one,its the fix
 
here is the answer:
1.unplug your Gamepad
2.open regedit>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM\(your gamepad OEM)
3.right click on your "gamepad OEM"- folder, create a new key called "Axes"
4.right click on the "Axes" folder, create a key called "2"
5.inside "2" right click and create a binary value named "Attributes", set it to " 00 00 00 00 01 00 35 00 "
6.after that create in "Axes" a second key: "5", create a binary value called "Attributes", set it to " 00 00 00 00 01 00 32 00 "
