And even if nvidia were found to have committed a crime, it's usually a slap-on-the-wrist in fines.
As an example, it'd be like $100 Million fine compared to their $61 Billion yearly revenue.
If you can't imagine those numbers, that's 0.16%.
I doubt that even scratches paint, more like a scuff mark that easily buffs out.

I'd say that when it comes to anti-trust law, things can get mighty important mighty quick when it involves a sector of the economy that could be defined nebulously as "really important". If the feds feel like the government is being screwed, they'll do a lot more than just fine. It would be interesting to see how they'd comport themselves in a case that would make the anti-trust suit against Microsoft look like small claims court...
