Have anyone RMA a MSI motherboard via their internet RMA form. How does it work, do they give you a hardtime. or charge you. My motherboard is only a few months old and it is a KT4AV-L motherboard. I think it is acting up on me.

They've been real good lately about that. Of course, the bad news is that they've been building a lot of SH1TTY boards in the first place!

Ain't it the truth! LOL! :lol: And guess what? The SATA HD on the Chaintech cheapie board actually lights the activity LED when it is running. MSI will figure out how to do that someday instead of blaming EVERY chipset manufacturer!

Yes, it's actually fairly easy to connect the activity signal leads from several devices to one output, SCSI cards even had a passthrough for the IDE LED as an input and the combined SCSI/IDE LED outputs to the HDD LED on the case..
