I sent in my 9800gt FSR because it was squealing and had artifacts and what I got back was worse, the "refurbished"card that I received had a bent bracket and 2 missing pins on the PCIE insert very hard to inset into the PCIE slot. Upon testing I used ATI tool and the card persisted to squeal but one new feature that was destined to bring the FCC knocking on their do, whenever the card squealed (when I rendered on it ) it made interference strong enough to knock out my router and internet connection. !!!! All I wanted was a NEW card that did NOT squeal and one that also did not tell me I was not giving it enough power ( I have 2x 500watt psu's separate from the computer powering it) Unless I get a NEW card I will never buy anything from this company again I am very disappointed. Because when I called the tech support I was greeted by the very same voice who made the voice menu and he stated that he checks every refurbished product that is sent back out. I asked if I could get a different model that has a dual slot cooler. What he said next made me laugh he in his infinite wisdom told me that a dual slot cooler would add more components thus making the card hotter. I ran with it and just asked fro another rma. I am very convinced that the USA support team is a one man team and I am very VERY disappointed.
