RMAing Gigabyte motherboard

So i got an RMA approved for my Gigabyte motherboard, i shipped it via UPS, i followed all of the instructions on Gigabyte's site but my package looks like it had issues at the border (Canada going to US) and now it's " Held in Warehouse - 4 business days left "

has anyone had this with UPS before? should i be worried? They haven't contacted me

It's not uncommon to have packages held up due to inspections. I had a package stuck for almost two weeks.
