Roccat Ryos MK (left shift not working)

Hello

I have a Roccat Ryos MK keyboard and as the title says, left shift is not working, i can press it but nothing happens, it's not recognizing the button.

is there any chance to find out maybe it's working or it can be fixed, ty for help

please i really need some help. Can it be replaces, with a new black switch, or maybe is it the mapping of the keyboard underneath, the connectors or something, any help would be gread. Thanks once again.
