My problem is that Rocket League changes almost every time I restart it. Namely, input lag changes and sometimes the gameplay is faster and sometimes slower, it's like the camera is moving more and sometimes not (I don't adjust the stiffness), graphics glitches. I'm wondering if anyone else has this type of problem with the game? I'm not adjusting anything and I've tried a lot of troubleshooting. I haven't really tried other games because I don't have that much time, but I'll try it with another one. I suspect it's not my computer that's bad. So I'd be interested to see if anyone else has experienced this, because I can't find a similar problem online.

-gpu PCIe link speed gen4 to gen3
-game mode on and off
-another mouse because old one was bad
-another RAM
-XMP and JEDEC RAM
-Nvidia control panel basic settings (high performance and prefer maximum performance)
-I do not use any sync
-talked with nvidia, microsoft even epic games about it
-a lot of hardware stress test

Thank you if you read that. I'm mostly interested not just in finding a solution, but in seeing if anyone else has had this problem.
