For some reason my Realtek sound was disabled in my Device manager and said that it was unplugged. I had this problem before so I tried some solutions and ended up uninstalling and trying to reinstall my sound drivers.
I got my drivers from https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b360-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_download .
After installation, i restart my PC. In device manager there is no Realtek HD audio

and a Realtek file was only created in Program File x86 with this inside.

While trying to fix my audio, for some reason, all my audio comes out of my monitor speakers no matter what output I use.

Solution
2019 drivers are hardly the newest, its possible the Microsoft drivers are actually Realtek drivers. They tend to rename them. The version number of the MS drivers probably = the version number of windows they were installed with. MIne shows 22000

But then I also have realtek drivers installed. Not same motherboard though.

the "newest" windows 10 driver from realtek is from 2020 - https://www.tenforums.com/sound-audio/182081-latest-realtek-hd-audio-driver-version-3-a.html

you got the audio console that includes settings from Windows store now.
So I played around and managed my audio problems.
I went to control panel and DDU, uninstalled Realtek software, restarted pc.
Im not using Realtek audio though. I have High Definition Audio Device instead.
I would try installing realtek drivers again but I dont wanna mess something up again
