i bought it used and needed to instal new windows, but when i tried to boot it it didnt work, it said 'n cant find any devices'. i have about 500gb memory and 16 gb ram. the gpu i use is geforce 780.

You meant drive space - correct? Make and model disk drive(s), capacity, how full?
RAM being 16GB.
What PSU is installed: make, model, wattage, age, condition?
Will the build boot into Safe Mode?
Where did you purchase the used motherboard?
When does the "it said 'n cant find any devices' " appear: during/after POST?

yea ment drive space, model and make i dont realy know becouse my dad bought it for my bithday, the pc was used.
i think i have an i7, not 100% sure.
i havent tried safe mode boot.
when i start the computer with the usb stick inside that has windows on it, then it says cant find device, then i go into bios and try to boot with the usb stick but sometimes it doesent show up, and when it shows up and i select it still doesent download.
