Rosewill Blackhawk and Hyper 212 Evo

I'm going to be building a new PC, and all I need is a case. The Rosewill Blackhawk seems to be the one that fits my liking best, but I heard the Hyper 212 Evo will not fit inside the case due to the side panel fan.

Does anyone have a better suggestion for a case or a better suggestion for a CPU cooler that is just as good as the Hyper 212 Evo?

Cooler Master X6 is only $35 with CPU combo deal. The Blackhawk is huge, it should fit.
