Question Fan Hub not working ?

Fan Hub: Rosewill RGBF-23001

Fans don't light up at all unlike other posts I've seen, also don't spin. Using these with an ASUS TUF b650M-E Wifi, I have the SATA power connected and the addressable RGB header connected into the ADD_GEN_2 slot at the top right of the mobo. I've tried every GEN_2 slot available on the mobo (both on the top right and the one underneath the GPU toward the bottom of the board.

The hub gets warm to the touch as its plugged in so it's definitely being powered, faulty hub possibly? Really hoping I'm somehow just dumb and not plugging it in right. Also tried plugging the "GDV" part of the cable into one of the chassis fan slots and nothing either. Hoping anyone can help, thanks in advanced!

Are your fans hooked up as stated in the illustration above? Have you tried with just one fan hooked up to the hub?

Are you working with Asus's Aura Sync? It's bundled with Armory Crate now.

Wait! If you did that before creating this thread and after you hooked it up to the ARGB header, you might've fried the controller entirely. That connector is meant for Gigabyte motherboards only! You also can't use both the ARGB header and the GDV header...
