Question router cant connect to pc

Hi there i got Asus Wi-Fi VDSL/ADSL VoIP Modem Router
Wireless-AC2300 / DSL-AC68VG
Problem is when I connect everything as it shud be nothing my PC don't see new network I cant connect altho routers lights show that everything works

Are you connecting to the internet via wireless or via an ethernet cable? I'd try and make sure your wireless and Ethernet port drivers are installed with the latest drivers.

Via ethernet cable how do i install them the drivers?
cus when I use my old router via ethernet cable everything works.

You're advised to download the drivers for your motherboard prior to setting up the machine/installing the OS. Assuming you're working off the NIC Ethernet adapter on your motherboard.

the motherboard is updated i can guarantee that
also checked my Gigabit internet is updated to latest drivers
