I want to buy this non-wifi router which is extremely stable and i want to turn it into a wifi router. Is there any kind of antennas or some gadget that plugged into one of the wifi's ports can turn the router into a wireless one. I am not interested into high performance, just so that i can connect to my elgato key light and take control of it.

You should be able to connect to its IP via ethernet. Is that a problem for you?

However, you should be able to connect an access point to the router, thus enabling a wifi connection.

Why do you need a router? Are you planning on using this as your primary router? Or are you trying to block access to your light?

There is no antenna ports on this router, how can you attach antennas to it?

Just buy a wifi router. Or add an (Ubiquiti) access point.
