Question RTX 2060 struggling after Windows reinstall ?

So i've recently bought an RTX 2060 and i've tried it on my computer before, everything was running fine. However i've had to reinstall windows due to some problems i had with windows itself (i couldn't open network settings, microsoft store didn't work at all, windows button search wouldn't work either). After the reinstall I've restored my files from a backup and installed the drivers.

However, now whenever i play the same games that I tested the gpu with beforehand, i get either very low fps or they just crash. I have checked that it's using the correct GPU.
Also i don't even think my PC has an iGPU so the question is how to fix this problem?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
