Question RTX 2060 Stuttering in almost every game.

Hi, I'm experiencing micro stuttering across all games like League of Legends, Apex, TFT, Football Manager, frame time suddenly spike to the top out of no where, tried DDU reinstalling Windows doesn't help, is it possible that my GPU is faulty?

Here's my rig:
i7-11700F
B560M Bazooka
RTX 2060
G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16GB*2 3600mhz
SFX 650W PSU

What should I look for when using Afterburner to monitor it? I tried using after burner monitoring the frame time and such, nothing special comes up except GPU usage sudden drop and frametime spikes to the roof.
