Hello,
Im planning to buy a new gpu that I'll be using to play games with ray traycing, and my question is: should I buy new rtx 2060 super? (zotac mini, pny dual fan, palit dual) or used 2070 (palit dual)for similar price? I see that rtx 2070 has a bit more rt cores and is overall a tiny bit faster the 2060 super, but is it worth it compared new to used?and considering my psu? Rest of my spec:
Ryzen 5 2600
Msi b450 a-pro
Silentium pc vero l2 500w psu (you probably won't know the brand but they're popular in my country and make good products for great price)
8Gb of ram hyperx predator 3200mhz cl16 rgb (will be adding 2nd stick to make it 16)
60hz 1080p monitor (In the future i'll be buying 144hz 1080p one)
Current gpu is rtx 1060 3gb but i'll be selling it today.

Don't buy any used second hand GPU. Just get the RTX 2060 SUPER.
Also, there is hardy any huge difference when it comes to RTX-OPS, and Giga Rays/s, specs, between both the above GPUs. Ray tracing won't get affected by a huge margin.

Though, the TESNOR FLOPS value is slightly high on the RTX 2070. 72TFLOPs vs 57.4 on the SUPER variant. But for RTX this won't matter too much.

Don't you have some other better option for the GPU brand/make ? Do not get any MINI variant though. That PALIT Dual-fan should be okay though. You can also buy ASUS or MSI.
