[SOLVED] RTX 2060S vs 2070 - at the same price - what to get?

Hello. I have the possibility to buy either a gigabyte 2060S or 2070 (both with 3 fans), at the same price. I can't decide. I mostly use adobe premiere, mostly 1080p, but i want it to be future proof, in order to work with 4k footage. Is there a chance 2060S would perform better in terms of speed, but also lower TDP, temps and noise??

Which cards exactly are they? Gigabyte makes both 2 and 3 fan variants. the 3 fans will be a little quieter but realistically the RTX series of cards are about the same in noise. As far as the power draw the 2070 will probably be 30-50 more watts under load.
