I have an RTX 2070 (MSI Armour). I ran oc scanner a few weeks ago and the oc was great, no problems running games, no crashes, nothing. But seemingly all of a sudden, my card would boost automatically up to 2010mhz and any game that I am playing at the time of the boost would crash. Sometimes (more often than the former) my whole system would crash without even a blue screen. Just full hard kernel power loss. Before It would go up to 1980 then immediately go down to 1950-1965 (15mhz stepping like normal). The only thing that fixes it is having no oc what so ever. What I dont understand is, why did it used to run at +255mhz no problem, and now it cant even go +90mhz without overboosting and crashing. The only thing that's changed recently was a new PSU (much more powerful 500w-750w upgrade) and it ran fine after the upgrade. And new RAM(2400mhz-3200mhz upgrade). Please help! Thank you.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 1800x @3800mhz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB @3200mhz
GPU: MSI Armour RTX 2070 8GB
Storage: Samsung 860 EVO 500gb sata SSD, WDB 2TB HDD

sounds like a power issue. and since the problem appeared only after you changed your PSU it's safe to say that's the cause. It might be a combination of factors so it's better to try different configurations until you find the piece that's causing the problem.
