[SOLVED] RTX 2070 Super 0% usage in game and idle

So my Graphics card doesn't seem to want to try to run games, the usage is usually staying 0%
and I don't know how to fix this

My specs
-AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
-16 gigabytes ram
-DDR4 SDRAM
-NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
-1tb SSD
-asustek computer inc prime b550m-a ac

Can anyone help please.

can't be zero. the system don't have igpu.
what are you using to see 0%?

new build? upgrade?

I didn't build it i got it from best buy, so i don't know if it was fresh install,and its the latest update

Its likely to be a driver issue

What are you using to determine 0% usage? If it's Task Manager, there may be additional 3D engines that it's not showing by default and the application is using that instead of the default "3D" one. You can click on the graph headers to change which engine to show.
