RTX 2080 Low FPS??

Hi,
I recently bought a Asus RTX 2080 duel to replace my 1050ti to go into my system,
I started up No Mans Sky and was getting 10 fps to 1 fps. i checked on the settings and everything is on low.

I have no clue on what's causing this.

x64
windows 10 Home
i5 -8600K @ 3.60GHz
16gb ram

run DDU
Do as it says, then install new drivers

are you sure you are using he 2080 and not the igpu?
what the make and model of the psu?

I honestly have no idea to check that.

And i'm using a 650W EVGA Supernova G+

Done but it changed nothing

both. Since it only has 1 HDMI slot and 2 Display ports, And i couldn't find any of my display port adaptors, i've just gone in through HDMI on the GPU and motherboard

Yeah, Sorry. i'm running 2 monitors, So i have a HDMI running to both the motherboard and GPU slot

Remove your second monitor and check what you are doing with the cable friom the GPU to the Monitor you game on.
You are going to have problems using igpu as well.
