[SOLVED] Rtx 2080 ti 0% usage in games

In all games except for forza horizon 4 I am seeing 0% usage of the GPU. In fortnite i get 60fps with massive stutters. The only game that is good is forza horizon 4 with expected performance and no stutters. I have tried everything to no avail. Please help guys as I thought this would be an upgrade which turned out to be a downgrade. I have i5 10600 non k which should be good enough. I am playing on 1080p 240hz.

You may just want to uninstall your drivers
go into safemode DDU remaining driver traces

reboot
reinstall drivers
reboot and try again

You seem to have a driver issues. they are working just not correctly.

If you're looking at Task Manager, games sometimes don't trigger the default "3D" graph. You have to click on the title of the graph and select another entry. On NVIDIA GPU's, this is "Graphics" graph.

You can also use GPU-z on the sensor's tab which monitors for any activity
