Question RTX 3060 died

I think my RTX 3060 died and I have no idea why it was working just fine the day before but today when I turned it on the fans didnt spin and I have no video out?? Is there anything I can do to see if it actually is the gpu? I can't plug any video cable into the motherboard because my cpu is an 11400F.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Is there anything I can do to see if it actually is the gpu?
Drop the GPU into another (donor)system with ample amount of power from a reliably built PSU and see if the card works there.

The simplest way to test would be to try another video card if you can get hold of one just to make sure it's not the mobo.
