Question RTX 3060 gpu fans

I have the same problem in this thread. They solved it by changing the fan curve to be running at 30% fan speed when idle.
I adjusted the fan curve in MSI afterburn but the fans still stop and run again despite making the minimum speed 30%

and the problem is not solved I still hear the noise

is that a software problem or the gpu fans are damaged? how to solve it?

looks at link... looks at link I quoted, is sad when he remembers Gigabyte forums no longer exist
not sure you need the tick next to Force fan speed update on each period.
Temp hysteresis helps but won't change fan turning on/off. It shouldn't be if it follows plan.

It should overrule the GPU drivers. I don't have an nvidia card but on mine, my GPU wouldn't run fans at all until they hit 50c. I have set it in Afterburner so they always run.

Latest version of GPU drivers? And Afterburner?

If you want the ram speed to be constantly running at 30 even on idle set the temp to 25c it will only spin at 30c when your GPU hits 45c from thw pic youve shown me.

Most GPUs I've had run at between 25c-30c idle

My fan curve goes as follows

25c fan speed 30 percent

50c 65 percent

70c 100 percent
