Question RTX 3060 no signal after restarts ?

It gives signal only if I do the following:

1. Plug my HDMI cable to the motherboard before turning on the PC
2. Switch the output to HDMI port of my 3060 card when I'm logged into Win 11

If I restart computer with the HDMI cable plugged into the GPU then both motherboard and GPU give no signal.

Same problem still exists even after I reinstalled Win 11. I would have to turn off the power supply to shut down.

One of the strangest PC problems ever encountered, does anyone have any idea?

yes it gives signal but I have to change the hdmi cable back to the motherboard before shutting down the pc

G skill 2x 16gb ram

thanks for the tip. I updated the BIOS to the latest version, but the problem is still there.

Can you do clean install of GPU drivers? You can find them on NVIDIA website.
