Question RTX 3060 with 5700G Performing way below expectations.

Hello all ive had this PC for a while now and kind of just dealt with performance issues thinking it was normal its just a regular 3060, but more recently its been alot worse I feel (or im just noticing it more lol) but on many games ive played (I.E Friends Vs Friends, Kingdom Come 😀eliverance, Rust) even some older games I struggle to run smoothly its always staggering fps and it usually never goes over 100fps in any game I play. Those 3 games I mentioned I cant even get a smooth 30 on lowest settings. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/69247392 this is my benchmark not sure how much it could help if at all. I know its just a benchmark but any help would be appreciated. Also my CPU almost never goes over 15-20% when im playing games but my GPU says its using 100% of its power. Try running a gpu bench test in Heaven and post screenshot of stats thru imgur.com or similar.

Your RAM is running at 2133Mhz you should turn on docp in the bios

You probably did this already, but did you plug the HDMI in the motherboard or the gpu? Because if you didnt plug it in the GPU its running on the igpu.
