Question RTX 3070 - black screen ?

Hello. Every now and then every two days or three for three seconds there is a black screen. Games are not affected, the exception is the resolution change. Monitor, display port cable checked, occt too. I am asking for diagnostic programs that you do yourself. Also how to paste your report. There is no point in sending it to the complaint if the equipment turns out to be okay. Pc composed of parts plus several SSDs. Including one ssd and external hdd. I attach the event log reports. Procek is an i5 10400f power supply. I don't know what the cause is. Temperatures okay, driver updated.

Try setting High Performance on the NVIDIA Control Panel. I tried that and no black screens so far for about 2 days. It might fix it.
